Prenatal yoga & postnatal yoga classes in Cornwall, combining movement and breathwork which cultivate a profound connection between you, your body, and your baby, as well as preparing your body and mind for birth. A harmonious fusion of experienced yoga instruction and doula wisdom, empowering you to embrace intuition and trust your body throughout pregnancy and in postpartum.
Pregnancy Yoga
My approach to yoga teaching and doula work is very similar — encouraging you to listen to your body and trust your intuition. I have 7 years of experience teaching yoga and aim to create a warm, nurturing environment. My sessions are tailored to address the unique needs and challenges of each stage of pregnancy.

Where: Join me at The Loft Studio in Nansledan
When: Sundays at 6:30-7:30pm; from Jan 5, 2025 onward. You can drop-in weekly or buy a 5 or 10 class pass (which saves some cash!)
Who: Suitable for those in their second and third trimester (from 12 weeks onward)
More info: Just bring yourself, a water bottle and wear clothes you can move in. I will provide all necessary equipment. There is free parking on site just tucked in behind Sabzi Deli which you will see on the main road.

These bespoke sessions are set in the comfort of your own home (or we can arrange it at mine if you prefer). The classes will last between 60 and 90 minutes, and offer a safe and supportive space for you to connect with your body, relax your mind, and prepare for labour and birth.

Mum and baby Yoga
This postpartum yoga class is for mothers or caregivers who are six weeks postpartum, along with their babies. Experience a nurturing environment that helps you reconnect with your body through gentle flows aimed at rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor function.
The relaxed atmosphere encourages playful interactions with your little one, with the flexibility to pause for feeds or cuddles. Join a supportive community and enjoy a calming playlist as you find your strength and confidence in this new chapter of motherhood.

Personalised, one-to-one postnatal yoga classes tailored to your unique needs, preferences and postpartum journey. These bespoke sessions are set in the comfort of your own home (or we can arrange it at mine if you prefer). The classes will last between 60 and 90 minutes, and offer a safe and supportive space for you to connect with your body, relax your mind, rebuild core strength, restore pelvic floor function, and ease the physical tensions that come from feeding, carrying, and caring for your baby.
Booking from January 2024 onwards.
